A Portaria Interministerial MF/MPS 407/2011, em seu anexo II, estabeleceu nova tabela de descontos do INSS a partir de 15.07.2011, a saber:
SALÁRIO-DE-CONTRIBUIÇÃO (R$) ALÍQUOTA INSS
até 1.107,52 8%
de 1.107,53 até 1.845,87 9%
de 1.845,88 até 3.691,74 11%
